Existing in the mid-section of the vibrant Sydney underground scene and his deeply rooted Indian, Malaysian and Sri Lankan heritage, Kavi (pronounced ‘Kah-Vi’) is a Sydney based musician/artist, creating music that embodies his memories and explorations of self-discovery growing up in a strict Hare-Krishna family, in the genre of electro pop. His musical realm opens up the door for the Australian Queer POC community to be free and tap in to their child-like sense of fun.
